The 57th Annual South Dakota All-State Band will be held at the Pierre Riggs Theatre, Pierre, SD on March 22-24, 2007. This year, the All-State Band musicians have been divided into two separate bands with each All-State Band having its own guest conductor and concert.

The “Lewis” All-State Band, directed by Mark Camphouse, George Mason University in Fairfax, VA will present its Concert beginning at 4:00 p.m. The “Clark” All-State Band, with Jerry Luckhart, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN conducting, will perform its Concert beginning at 8:00 p.m. Special awards will be presented ten minutes prior to Grand Concert for each All-State Band at 3:50 p.m. and 7:50 p.m.

South Dakota Public Broadcasting will offer a DVD of the 2007 Grand Concert for $24.95. ($5.00 discount to Friends of SDPB Members)
